We use contact information to communicate with you about our services, to schedule and coordinate work (including installation and site-visit scheduling notifications sent by SMS text message to our employees and contractors), and to operate our business.

Text messaging

Our SMS program ("Pope Field Schedule") sends work-scheduling notifications to Pope Technologies employees and contractors who have consented to receive them. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary to deliver messages through our messaging service providers.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate our business (such as our messaging and scheduling systems), and only as needed to provide those services, or where required by law.

Security and retention

We take reasonable measures to protect personal information and retain it only as long as needed for the purposes described here.
